Here on Victorious Megastore all delivery fees are set up by suppliers and are automatically calculated based on weight, size and volume. You can check delivery costs on the product details page by clicking on the ‘Shipping & Payment’ tab, which will allow you to calculate your shipping cost by entering details of where the item is being sent to and the amount you are ordering.
You will then see a list of various delivery options, including free shipping, if offered, which will show the delivery company, the cost and the estimated delivery time. Once the supplier has shipped your order, a tracking number will appear which you can use to track your order on the delivery company’s website. Orders may need to clear customs and you will have to check if your purchase will be subject to additional import duties, which will be collected by the courier upon delivery.
Victorious Megastore is a representative for different types of products and manufacturers around the world, the shipping time will depend of the location as well as the processing time of each supplier and their respective delivery systems in use.

Premium Shipping will provide an estimated delivery time from 7 to 15 working days while packages that are sent with Standard Shipping usually take 15 to 45 working days.
After placing your order on Victorious Megastore, we will send your request to our providers and our providers will send the package to ours warehouses.
From ours warehouses, we can make sure that your package will be handled with care and delivered on time, and we will add the tracking information to your order details so that you can follow your package till it arrives to you.

Victorious Megastore delivers products from all over the world to all over the world, we have worldwide suppliers and an increasing number of countries in North America, Europe and Asia. Victorious Megastore also offers international cargo transportation to most countries by air and sea.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees. This will depend on country to country and their own regulations, laws and customs import tax rules.
Payment Information
At Victorious megastore you can pay by credit card or money transfer via Stripe or Paypal and also pay at the door upon delivery COD.
For payment at the door, an amount of ¥690 will be added in total.
For credit card payments via Stripe and Paypal you simply need a debit or credit card in order to pay.
Payment with Stripe and Paypal is a very simply process, and customers can just use their mobile phone number to pay in subsequent transactions (if they choose!).

Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with something you purchase, you can open a dispute, as long as you do so before the order is closed.
To do this, sign in to the ‘My Orders’ section of your Painel Account, select the order, click the ‘Open Dispute’ button and submit your refund request. You may also contact us and agree on a refund solution.
